It’s now the Fall season!
The days are getting shorter now, so trying to catch the last bit of sunlight after work during the work week becomes an actual race against time and it becomes harder to get photography in before dusk.
Luckily, I DID manage to get a bit of travel photography in this summer. Besides Canada, I managed to sneak in a trip to Oregon to chase waterfalls (and with that squandering my last few days of PTO, so I guess there wont be any more trips for me in the near future).
Also, I bought a new camera!
Yes, I finally made the jump to a full frame camera. I can’t even express what the difference it made for me to go full frame. Being able to capture more area in the frame is fantastic for landscape photography. But besides that, this Sony a7iii I got is an amazing camera.
Check out one of my first images here: hand held (That body and lens stabilization sure comes handy )

On a related note, I am trying to switch up my photography a bit by using more props and humans in my photos. Straightforward landscapes do not pose a challenge for me anymore, and I am always looking to progress and improve in ALL aspects of my life.
More Canada and Oregon pics forthcoming…
