Going to Yosemite made me think a lot about Ansel Adams and his stunning black and white photography of the Yosemite Valley. He is right: there is something about black and white that captures the beauty and detail of a photograph that color sometimes distracts us from.

So here is my attempt at channeling Ansel: thanks for the inspiration. Perhaps I will try more black and white photography.
